The Galaxy S26 FE leak has delivered the clearest early look yet at Samsung’s next Fan Edition phone, months before its expected late-summer launch window. According to 9to5Google, the device appeared in an early Wireless Power Consortium listing with the model number SM-S741 and a real-world image rather than a render.
The biggest visible change is the rear camera area. Samsung still appears to be using a familiar Galaxy S-series shape, but the FE model now has a raised camera bump closer to the style Samsung has used on recent Galaxy Z Fold devices. The odd part is placement: in the listing image, the bump sits very close to the top and side edges, making the design look slightly less balanced than the standard flagship layout.

The listing itself does not reveal a full spec sheet, so the Galaxy S26 FE leak should still be treated cautiously. A separate recent leak mentioned an Exynos 2500 chip, 8GB of RAM, and Android 17 out of the box. If accurate, that would keep the FE line positioned as a more affordable route into Samsung’s flagship ecosystem rather than a true Ultra-class phone.
Wireless charging details are also worth noting. The WPC record shows Qi 2.2.1 support, but there is no sign of Magnetic Power Profile support, meaning built-in magnets are not confirmed. The 5W charging figure in the database is likely a placeholder, so it should not be read as the phone’s final wireless charging speed.
Samsung has not announced the Galaxy S26 FE yet, but the August or September timing would fit the usual Fan Edition cadence. The key question is whether Samsung can make the updated design feel intentional while keeping the price gap wide enough versus the regular Galaxy S26.
